Could It Possibly Be True?

The Universal Indult has been signed by His Holiness?

Rorate Caeli says so.

Did you hear the words "...without depending on trad-hating bishops..." anywhere on the net? A universal indult would be just about useless in the US as the 'good' bishops are so opposed to the TLM. I'll wait until I see it in writing before I break out the Champagne.

Historically, the Catholic mass has been banned in Britain, France, Russia, etc. I'm afraid that even after the universal indult it might still be banned in the US.

You forget, trad, there are many of us who are in the middle out here who would happily attend the mass of Pius V. We're not so dumb as either the bishops or the trads (both extremes!) make us out to be.
