Lennon to head Cleveland Diocese.

Bishop Lennon has been named as the replacement to the Bishop of Cleveland and will replace the retiring Bishop Pilla. Pilla is retiring for health reasons.

Aren't they all?

The Boston Globe has an article here.

You know how one action or event can forever define someone? Lennon's fine work on the sex abuse cases in Boston stand out though he can be somewhat reticent to take full credit.

Hummm. Are they saying that the rescue ship has arrived on Titanica (Boston) shores to save what is left of those who are in danger of loosing their ecclesiastical lives? Someone fears an insurrection - I figure that if the kings and 'queens' (no pun intended?) are moved around the board often enough, they really won't be responsible for what had happened to the pawns before they arrived. Am I hearing the words "CHECK MATE"?
(def:from Arabic shAh mAt, from Persian, literally, the king is left unable to escape
1 : to arrest, thwart, or counter completely
2 : to check (a chess opponent's king) so that escape is impossible)

Canon 401-2 says health or "other" grave reasons.

I'm guessing this one is other.
